Managing multiple businesses has never been easier, thanks to our newly launched feature designed specifically for Pepper Business users who collaborate across different organizations. We understand that working with various companies can be challenging, and that's why we've developed a seamless way to access all your businesses under one single account.

With this feature, you can now access all your connected businesses using just one Pepper Business account. Say goodbye to the hassle of logging in and out of multiple accounts!

To get started, follow these simple steps:

  1. Compile a list of your current Pepper Business usernames.
  2. Identify the primary account you'd like to use moving forward.

  3. Send us the list of your usernames and your designated main account to pbaccount@pepper.com

Please send your accounts list in the following format until the end of June 2023:

Once we receive your information, we will merge your accounts, enabling you to log in to Pepper Business with just your primary account. From there, you can easily switch between your connected businesses as needed. We will announce your user update after merging your account by email.
